The Great Folks at Sabre Yachts

During this process of building a boat at Sabre, we have gotten to know many of the employees at all levels of the business.  This page recognizes their great work and the important role that each and every one plays not just in building a terrific boat, but in making our experience a good one.

We can't name everyone (there are over one hundred employees contributing to our boat), but here are a few.  In posting these names and faces, we want to say to then and to all the others, "Thank You!"

This charming one is the SHOP FOX...

Glenn Briggs is all over ESMERALDE during the Completion Phase.

Kelly Richards is probably the newest member of the Sabre team--and a great one.

Tim Warner of the Mechanical crew pops out of the starboard sail locker in the final completion stage.

Wendy Grondin insures that ESMERALDE's gel coat is glassy smooth and in perfect condition.

Bruce talks to Ed Leslie, Quality Control, as ESMERALDE gets ready to leave the facility.

Dick Ford does puts the finishing touches below the waterline in the Completion Stage.

Here is Mary laying on the final coats of varnish.

Al works on carpentry in the head.

I believe this is Josh putting together the forward cabin detail.

Aaron drew the short straw, and is working in the sail locker!

Amanda Montgomery, Boat Parent Extraordinaire!

Scott preps the hull flange for deck installation

Dary buffs the hull right before the deck is dropped into place

Jamie, installing trim in forward cabin

Tim sorts out a nest of wires

Wyman, in there hiding, working on trim

Tony, King of Alignment

Andy, who built our galley and other good stuff.

Diane Hoffman, who has worked just about everywhere at Sabre and did lots of our furniture.

Who's that masked man? It would be Joe Dudley, grinding off the rough edges on the underside of our deck.

Lucy (Brown) Ridlon, formerly of customer service but now working on our boat.

John Spearin with the hammer, whacking our deck liner.

There he is again, John Spearin, this time with a CROWBAR!
